Two years ago, Tullio and I came to you to talk about plans to build a new house and you graciously spent hours showing us through homes you have built and going over details to help us design the home we wanted. But… Instead, we decided to stay in our century farm house and renovate. We had no hesitation in coming to you to do the job! You again took the time to listen to what we wanted – your attention to the details, large or small, and dedication to make sure we were happy with the end result is very much appreciated. I commend your crew as well, for their attentiveness to “issues” that arose, their professionalism, respect and courtesy while on the job. The purpose of this letter is to express our appreciation for the renovation project you recently completed in our home. About 18 months ago we began the daunting task of trying to find the right contractor for our extensive renovation project which included the removal of a load bearing wall. We had met with a number of contractors to discuss our project; however, none had instilled in us the confidence we were looking for. Accubuilt was recommended to us by one of our co-workers. From our first meeting you inspired confidence and explained what the scope of our project required clearly and completely. Lesley and I want to thank you for your dedication, careful planning and hard work on our kitchen, bathroom and portico. The portico is so perfect it appears as if it was part of the original design. The stonework is beautiful and is a most welcome addition to the entrance of our home. The kitchen is a dream to work in and a pleasure to share with family and friends. I do hope we will have occasion to share it with you one day soon. Our ensuite is the most pleasant surprise. We love it. Going from initially requesting a new shower to a full “spa” right here at home was an excellent idea. The steam unit is wonderful and gets daily use. The quality of the workmanship throughout with all your tradesmen showing exceptional skill and professionalism was outstanding. Their cleaning up after themselves on a daily basis was a great bonus. Please pass along our thanks to Angela, Grant, manny, Kevin, –Colin, Paul, John, Wayne and son. They were all a delight to deal with. We are impressed with Accubuilt for the timeliness of your planning and execution. Starting and finishing in exactly the time frame promised happens infrequently and we appreciated it especially with Christmas but a couple of weeks away. Our first renovation project with Accubuilt Construction was the main bathroom. Our house is older (built in 1930’s) and we wanted to modernize the bathroom yet still maintain the older character of the house. We found Manuel very creative and practical with the design to meet our ‘wish list’. He provided drawings of the proposed finished room and a very detailed listing of the project scope. Accubuilt Construction was very helpful in the selection process of the materials (e.g. tiles, fixtures, etc). The project started, and completed, precisely on the dates promised. Everything was done with perfection, very professionally, and was completely on budget. No ‘extras’ were required. We were extremely pleased with the end product and it is a showpiece of the house. We were so pleased with the bathroom, we engaged Accubuilt Construction to renovate our kitchen. This renovation did require structural changes to the house and again Accubuilt Construction provided very professional ideas on the redesign. The project started on the date promised and the kitchen was finished on time and on budget. The workmanship was very professional and has significantly increased the value of our house. More important, both my wife and I love the new kitchen. We certainly will use Accubuilt Construction on other projects in the future, and we will continue to recommend this very talented company to others.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with Accubuilt. Our experience began with our first contact with Amber. Her welcoming approach and down to earth attitude was enhanced by her professionalism. This introduction to Accubuilt was continued in all of our interactions with Manuel and Domenic as well as all of the workers employed by the company. Recently we had our master bathroom renovated by AccuBuilt. We selected this company after being so impressed with their showroom and the quality of the workmanship. The crew arrived when they said they would be there, were courteous and always ensured the house was clean upon our arrival home each evening. It is my pleasure to recommend AccuBuilt Construction for any building renovation needs. Right from the beginning we found them to be the best; always service oriented, talented in their designing, building and general knowledge. Our rec room is spectacular along with our designer bathroom, laundry room and much more. Their after service is second to none. My dealings with AccuBuilt were positive from the first in-home consultation with Manuel. While disagreeing with my idea for change in my kitchen, he took the time to prepare a plan that showed me why it would not work. He then created a design that changed my very dated 1950’s kitchen into a current, stylish and very work-efficient room. His recommendation of sources for flooring, appliances, etc. were excellent, leading me to deal with knowledgeable sales people, saving me time and making for smooth delivery and installation. The renovation was accomplished within the time given by an efficient and friendly work crew. Throughout the project Manuel checked in each day to confer with his workers and to answer any questions I might have. Changes I requested while the work was in progress were accommodated without question. I would recommend AccuBuilt to anyone wanting a renovation in their home.

After having lived through a number of renovations over the years, we can't say enough about the great experience we have had with AccuBuilt Construction Ltd. We were very nervous at the outset of this project because we did not have any experience with renovations before. A fair amount of time has passed by since we decided to have AccuBuilt construct our new bathroom in the basement of our home in Brooklin. And while time has passed, our pride in the final product and the construction standard established through the quotation process, visit to the AccuBuilt offices for product selection from samples, and contact with the professional staff of AccuBuilt during construction remain strongly in our minds. We are extremely pleased with the professional workmanship of all of the staff at AccuBuilt. My wife and I already loved our home prior to the renovation. It was recently done prior to us purchasing the home but we just really wanted to update our first floor with a new layout. We met with Manuel and Domenic in January 2017 and they helped shape our vision. What gave us comfort was their vast experience in building high end custom homes. They weren't just kitchen specialists, they were HOME specialists and right away we knew this was the team we wanted to oversee this job. We were expecting in September and we let them know we had a hard deadline for the job to get done. We set a start date for June 12 expecting chaos. Chaos never came. This team is the most exceptional group of professionals I have ever encountered (we have done several large renos in past). After each and EVERY day of efficient and precision work they would clean up, vacuum the job site and tidy up before they left. If not for the large disposal bin on our driveway you would never know something so major was happening. Manuel (owner) consistently showed up to the job site to ensure everything was going as per his expectations. EVERY trade was perfectly timed and I was amazed how well the work flowed - no time was ever wasted. I got a complete education in my many conversations with Manuel and his team and he went above and beyond to ensure he delivered an exceptional product that met his high standards and something we would love. There was never a moment where I wasn't thankful for how well things were going. The quality of materials, skill of the trades and the final touches and adjustments put Accubuilt in a league of their own. They found numerous issues from the previous reno (structural, electrical), consulted me and executed a perfectly planned correction - the peace of mind alone was worth the investment.
